I'm looking for a role where I can improve operations, build strong customer relationships, coordinate teams, and apply web development and digital marketing skills to help a business grow.

I've managed daily operations at New View Hotel/Burger Q Eatery and VAS Yogurt Company, improving workflow, staff performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

At the National Institute for Information Technology (NIIT), I developed and tested websites, converted designs into HTML, and built PHP-based company sites with e-commerce capabilities and specialized scripts. I also implemented Google campaigns and SEO, trained clients and staff on web tools, and kept projects current with emerging technologies.
