I lead Tyvon Foster LCSW PLLC, where I conduct diagnostic and psychological evaluations, provide crisis care, and deliver evidence-based psychotherapy while managing clinical quality, documentation, and ethical standards.

I also evaluate AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, reasoning, language quality, psychological safety, and alignment with clinical ethics. My writing process includes generating, comparing, fact-checking, editing, and refining long-form educational content with AI-assisted tools.

Previously, at FiDi Therapy, I reviewed clinicians' work for diagnostic accuracy, risk assessment, patient safety, ethical compliance, and evidence-based decision-making. I provided corrective feedback and clinical supervision focused on suicide-risk evaluation, safety planning, escalation thresholds, and higher levels of care.

Across psychotherapy, school social work, and child- and family-focused roles, I've assessed complex clinical presentations, supported adolescent and family safety, coordinated care, and translated nuanced mental-health information into clear documentation and treatment plans.
