What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a behavioral health role where I can deliver compassionate, nonjudgmental therapy via telehealth, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support adults through trauma, stress, and behavior change.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who approaches behavioral health with “Compassion, maturity, enthusiasm, empathy, hope, and nonjudgment.” I serve diverse adult populations through developmental stages, pairing clinical structure with genuine support.

I use an eclectic blend of Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Supportive Therapy. In my telehealth work, I help clients with mood disorders, stress, work-related problems, and relationship issues while maintaining professional standards like mandated reporting and individualized care plans.

Across roles, I’ve collaborated with multi-disciplinary teams to process cases and improve delivery of care. I also bring experience supporting military veterans and families through intake assessments and education about Veterans Administration and community services.

Earlier in my career, I provided crisis intervention in a behavioral health detox center and counseled up to 35 patients weekly for mood disorders, substance abuse, and anxiety. I’ve also completed telephonic prospective, concurrent, and retrospective utilization reviews and strengthened care quality through problem analysis and targeted solutions.
