Kelvin Mcmorris
@kelvinmcmorris
Licensed clinical therapist and LISW helping teams ensure safe, DSM-5-informed behavioral health quality.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) in Ohio with 10+ years of behavioral health experience, currently working as a Talkiatry clinical therapist. I provide outpatient telehealth psychotherapy where I conduct DSM-5-informed diagnostic assessment, intake, and individualized treatment planning—always grounded in clear clinical documentation and ongoing risk awareness.
Across my experience, I’ve strengthened my ability to evaluate complex presentations, support safety planning and crisis intervention, and deliver psychoeducation across adult, adolescent, family, school-based, and community mental health settings. I’m especially drawn to clinical AI evaluation and behavioral health content review work, where I apply ethical boundary recognition, trauma-informed care, DSM-5-informed case conceptualization, and bias/stigma awareness to ensure mental health quality and appropriate escalation decisions.
