What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise AI, ERP, MES, and manufacturing technology initiatives where I can translate shop-floor reality into scalable, auditable systems. I value cross-functional delivery, production-ready solutions, responsible AI governance, and measurable operational impact.

I've delivered enterprise AI, automation, ERP, MES, and manufacturing solutions for Leidos, NASA, Red Hat, Caterpillar, Polaris, Diversey, and DD Dannar. My work has eliminated 350,000+ labor hours, supported 32 manufacturing sites, and delivered 11 enterprise solutions, five of which were commercialized.

At Leidos, I led systems and AI governance spanning usage, quality, auditability, and safety, while leading technical engineering for LinkForge, a defensible AI platform built with Red Hat for government-safe research. I also led organization-wide deployment and enablement for Claude.ai, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Azure, AWS, ServiceNow, Power Platform, and enterprise applications built in C#, .NET, and Python.

My manufacturing perspective started on the assembly floor at Caterpillar, then expanded through process planning, Lean engineering, ERP implementation, MES architecture, and operations leadership. I increased production by 300%+ across 20 assembly cells, delivered a Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation on time and on budget, and built custom MES capabilities integrated with enterprise planning systems.

I've also co-founded an HR technology startup through a successful exit and led software teams from architecture through delivery. I translate operational reality into scalable systems that are practical for users, defensible for leadership, and ready for production.
