Built the design function from scratch for an international fintech and prop-trading ecosystem (83+ countries, 100,000+ users); the design system covers 9-10 business lines and cuts screen build time to about a third. Designed a regulated broker and its strategy: the MVP took a month with a partner against the usual two to three. Led up to 8 designers and ran discovery and UX research myself.

Led the agency's design function: owned the visual side of projects from concept through production, coordinating designers, illustrators, 3D artists, developers and contractors. Built and ran the entire visual side of an event for 9,000 guests. Coordinated teams of up to 20 specialists. Delivered branding for clients including 1win, Sber and Kaspersky.

Designed a B2B/B2C platform for ordering custom glass products on my own: around 200 screens, 20 specialized calculators and a browser-based CAD tool. Redesigned the configurator so custom orders stop going through a manager: 40 stock shapes with parameters taken off the cutting machine, holes placed by coordinates, checks against impossible cuts.

The only in-house designer at the agency: ran projects from the client conversation and gathering inputs through finished screens and handover to development. Shipped two to three sites a month for seven years, around two hundred sites and landing pages in total, across dozens of industries, working alongside a marketer and a copywriter.

Ran commercial projects from brief to delivery: websites, landing pages, advertising materials, print and visual identities. A steady rhythm of two to three sites a month plus regular print work, with a lot of returning clients. Steklo24 started here, first with print and a first website, and years later the same client brought me in to design the product.
