Built Zush from zero to launch as a full-cycle independent native product, covering problem discovery, competitor research, UX architecture, visual design, and macOS/Windows development. Shipped an AI file renaming app that supports 100+ file formats and 145+ naming blocks, including offline AI mode via Ollama, and released it to the Mac App Store and Microsoft Store.
