At Ford India Pvt. Ltd., I’ve led finance work across product development—building benchmarking dashboards for vehicle programs, owning cost/volume layers in BOMs, and maintaining per-unit cost trackers through launch. I also drove tooling reuse from a surrogate program, quantifying contribution and volatility impacts to prioritize cost-reduction opportunities at program gateway reviews.

Before that, at Cognizant Technology Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., I owned monthly P&L forecasting to support CFO guidance and reduced gross margin forecast variance to within ±1%. I designed menu-based costing to standardize IT and infrastructure cost allocations, built KPIs for budgeting and spend efficiency, and introduced a proxy operating margin metric to link BU performance to company operating margin and incentives.

In my recent career break, I prepared for the UPSC Civil Services Exam, sharpening analytical rigor and structured communication by synthesizing research into 200+ micro-themes across economy, polity, governance, and international relations. Now, I’m returning to corporate finance full-time, bringing that sharper synthesis mindset to forecasting quality, financial modeling discipline, and decision support.
