I’m a Software Developer focused on shipping production-ready systems end to end—turning ambiguous requirements into maintainable, hardened software. At NetZen AI, I built client-facing APIs and a LangGraph-based internal search that powers a company-wide RAG support desk.

I also owned the installation pipeline from POC to production, including a TypeScript macOS background agent for silent installs/updates plus live device diagnostics (memory, network, VPN, installed apps, A/V status). To keep systems audit-ready, I hardened production for SOC 2 readiness with CSP, structured logging/alerting, audit trails, and backup strategies for storage and authentication.

On the automation side, I designed internal service-request workflows (hardware, peripherals, software provisioning) and created Teams bot integrations using Adaptive Cards to automate support-email notifications—reducing manual coordination. I partner closely with architecture and cross-functional teams, translating unclear problem statements into reliable, measurable solutions.

Earlier, as a Software Engineer Intern at TMRW House of Brands, I shipped growth-focused frontend work across multiple DTC brands, presenting solutions directly to the CTO and senior architects for production sign-off. I owned end-to-end features that moved metrics—like cart conversion and checkout uplift—using A/B testing and analytics while staying embedded in Scrum and QA/UAT cycles.
