I evaluate real estate project economics across saleable and unsold area, revenue, MSP, average ticket size, FCF, and land, finance, marketing and construction costs. I also coordinate with CA, Legal, Credit Risk and Operations teams to support due diligence, approvals, documentation and disbursements.
