What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT infrastructure or incident management role where I can lead critical outage response, improve service operations, reduce MTTR, and strengthen SLA and compliance outcomes.

At Fujitsu Consulting India, I manage critical banking infrastructure incidents and lead major incident bridges with global support teams, vendor engineers, and senior stakeholders.

I monitor production and non-production infrastructure through SolarWinds and PRTG, troubleshoot alerts, apply validated workarounds, and escalate routing and connectivity issues to network teams.

I own ServiceNow queue health, incident prioritization, allocation, SLA tracking, and ticket lifecycle compliance. I also produce Post-Incident Reviews and Root Cause Analysis records for recurring major defects.

I use ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, and Azure administration knowledge to improve handovers, ticket data quality, operational workflows, audit readiness, and resolution outcomes.
