At Visma Romania, I contribute to an accounting SaaS serving 40k active users in the Nordic markets. I led UI modernization work, refactoring the experience and adopting a design system.
I developed an AJAX library to modernize the existing .NET app into a custom SPA, cutting navigation time from 4 seconds to 1 second. I also led component refactoring and migration strategies that reduced frontend code by about 40%.
Working with the UX team, I participated in research, user testing, and interviews; this shared effort raised NPS by 30 points over two years. I also supported design with UI prototypes and technical feedback.
In my independent work, I designed, developed, and manage the website for the yearly architecture open-house event at casedeschise.ro. It has featured two cities and three editions, with audience growth of 30% each year; I’m also developing concepts for a dev-design tool and an educational game.
