At Denie Foundation Uganda, I develop PHP and Laravel solutions and IT strategies aligned with organizational goals. I lead consulting projects from conception to delivery.
At Celebrate Hope Ministries, I led development and maintenance of the CHMERP management system and organizational websites using PHP and Laravel. I built backend RESTful APIs and took features from first commit through production support.
I wrote PHPUnit automated and end-to-end tests, and built GitHub CI/CD pipelines to run tests on code changes. I also designed and optimized MySQL and MariaDB schemas and queries.
I containerized services with Docker and deployed them on Kubernetes, administered Linux and Apache2 servers, and built custom WordPress themes and plugins. Earlier, at DICTS, I maintained public IT kiosk hardware and software and introduced a request-management system through the DICTS Helpdesk.
