I developed and maintained LiveChat Pro, a Laravel-based customer support platform, working on agent and client communication, inbox workflows, and live messaging.

On LiveChat Pro, I worked across backend logic and REST APIs, including authentication, role-based permissions, and real-time messaging behavior.

I’m building ShambaAI, a WhatsApp-first AI agricultural advisory platform for smallholder farmers. I’m developing its backend services and knowledge retrieval workflows with Python and FastAPI, with deployment on Ubuntu VPS infrastructure.
