What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and support practical digital platforms that strengthen data management, reporting, compliance, records digitisation, and operational efficiency for development, public-sector, or private-sector organisations.

I've designed and implemented Information Management Systems for Uganda's National Bureau for NGOs, supporting institutional data handling, reporting, archive digitisation, and USAID-linked stakeholders.

Across freelance engagements, I've built property management, hospital information, and applicant tracking systems for organisations in Uganda, Kenya, and the DRC.

I work with PHP, object-oriented programming, custom MVC frameworks, MySQL, WordPress, cloud-hosted platforms, and digital content management.

My work turns operational requirements into practical digital systems, supported by documentation, user training, maintenance, and ongoing technical support.
