@tumieselebalo
I’m a claims and litigation professional advancing toward intellectual property law expertise.
What I'm looking for
As an LLB graduate currently pursuing an LLM in Intellectual Property Law at UNISA, I blend legal research capability with hands-on claims and litigation experience. I manage claimant matters through the full case lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely progression, while keeping clients informed through regular updates.
In leadership roles, I’ve supervised and mentored teams, monitored performance and quality standards, and handled escalated claims to support effective resolution and service delivery. I focus on quality assurance, reliable documentation and record keeping, and compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements—skills I strengthened further during my Legal Intern placement at the Director of Public Prosecutions, Kingdom of Lesotho.
