As Acting Head of Department, I align departmental objectives, manage administrative responsibilities, and support teachers with instructional best practices and mentorship.

I pioneered the use of AI applications, EdTech tools, Microsoft Teams, and interactive e-learning software to make lessons more engaging and track student progress.

I also design school-wide materials and assessments, maintain supportive and well-managed classrooms, and coach students for regional poetry and eloquence competitions.
