Spearheaded end-to-end programmatic delivery and procurement of ambulances and medical equipment across Sudan, Tunisia, and Mauritania, restoring grant activation and regional credibility. Managed cross-border negotiations, donor compliance, and distribution of in-kind livelihood grants to 1,000+ beneficiaries.

Orchestrated alumni engagement and learning initiatives across 15 MENA countries, delivering biennial conferences and Day of Service events while strengthening monitoring systems and donor compliance. Implemented M&E frameworks that improved program performance tracking and strategic partnership outcomes.

Led launch of a $50M USAID education program in Tunisia, rolling out 12 community-based initiatives and conducting 20 capacity-building workshops for 300+ stakeholders. Established civil society networks with 18 NGOs and integrated gender-equitable learning approaches that raised female participation and youth engagement.

Developed curricula and trainer of trainers programs on peacebuilding, gender equity, and economic empowerment for international clients, producing multilingual toolkits and hybrid learning models. Delivered capacity-building workshops for organisations including BBC Media Action, Zinc Network, and the U.S. Embassy.

Designed and implemented the MEPI Alumni Connection Program for 1,800 alumni across 13 MENA countries, integrating DEI and GESI strategies that increased participation of women and marginalized groups by 25%. Built custom M&E frameworks and managed a youth employment initiative with 80% placement for 1,000 graduates.

Led R&D and learning initiatives to design digital storytelling and counter-narrative trainings for youth, improving engagement and civic participation across targeted programs. Coordinated product development and training delivery to support youth-led social impact projects.
