What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote data entry or data operations role where I can maintain accurate records, improve CRM and database hygiene, support high-volume workflows, and continue growing my technical data-management skills.

At Nepal SMS Education Services, I process client profiles, lead inquiries, and course-enrollment data while keeping CRM pipelines accurate and up to date.

Previously at Vianet Communications, I managed high-volume customer account records, billing updates, profile modifications, and structured technical-support tickets for network engineering teams. I also performed account audits to resolve service-plan discrepancies.

I'm building on 2+ years in data operations with ongoing BSc. CSIT studies focused on database management systems, software engineering, and IT project management.
