As an enterprising intern with a strong focus on customer service and IT skills, I have developed a versatile skill set through my experiences in various roles. My journey began as an Office Assistant at Petrohyper, where I honed my abilities in data capturing using SAP and Excel, while also assisting in operations and accounts. My dedication to meeting tight deadlines and performing well under pressure has allowed me to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Currently, I am serving as a Business Intelligence Attaché at Botswana Post, where I am responsible for developing reconciliation and data cleaning applications. I take pride in training users on these applications and preparing analysis reports that support dashboard and database functionalities. My passion for expanding my knowledge in business intelligence and analytics drives me to continuously seek new challenges and opportunities to improve data quality and analysis.
