At Andersen Lab, I managed fintech and enterprise projects across Discovery and Delivery, including work for Tinkoff Bank, Alfa-Bank Kazakhstan, Priorbank, Liga Stavok, and F-Media. I developed a Discovery Phase framework that was adopted across 7 client accounts.
I also built and scaled cross-functional teams from 0 to 110 people and conducted hiring interviews for PM, PO, and DM candidates. Before that, I managed end-to-end software delivery for fintech and enterprise clients, working with teams of 20–30 across development, QA, and business analysis.
At ITLife, my solo IT venture, I served SMB clients with digital solutions, from websites and sales funnels to advertising campaigns and basic CRM and analytics workflows. I’m interested in development and in helping people achieve their goals.
