What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve ways of working, visibility, and execution across teams through Atlassian solutions, process automation, AI, and stronger quality controls.

I'm building VietSuite at Jiramon, an Atlassian-based product suite that makes software delivery more controlled, transparent, and release-ready.

Through VietDoc, VietTest, VietEffort, and VietGate, I help PM, PMO, PQA, development, and test teams manage document versions, trace requirements and defects, plan capacity, and enforce quality conditions across the SDLC.

Previously, I worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at KiotViet, using Agile methodologies, product analytics, software quality analysis, and Atlassian administration.

I currently contribute QA/QC work at BIDV, focused on analytical work and administrative organization.
