What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead quality, automation, and business analysis delivery for banking, financial services, insurance, or capital-markets products, partnering with stakeholders to improve processes, manage risk, and deliver reliable systems.

I've led PeopleSoft, SWIFT/EFT, mortgage, insurance, and trade-lifecycle testing initiatives for Coforge projects supporting TMHCC, Centrica, and internal CIO operations. I manage a team of 15 across business analysis, SIT, and UAT while translating requirements into user stories, test strategies, and validated financial workflows.

I've worked across P&C insurance, capital markets, wealth management, mortgage servicing, credit risk, and core banking. My work includes Salesforce and ERP integration, ISO 20022 and SWIFT payment validation, portfolio analysis, operational resilience testing, and Selenium-based automation, with a focus on reducing defects and improving delivery quality.
