What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a second job in a call centre or customer service environment where I can use my communication, patience, organisation and client phone experience while continuing to learn.

At Ken Brokers in Saint Martin, I welcome clients in person, by phone and by email, follow up with buyers, sellers, tenants and prospects, and support property listings, advertising and viewings.

I'm completing a BTS in Real Estate while building hands-on experience in property valuations, client and property files, contracts, inventories, preliminary sale agreements, and telephone management. My previous internships at Babimmo and Pilote Immobilier strengthened my experience with real estate sales, front-desk reception, viewings, price estimates and social media.

I'm also experienced in retail customer service, stock management, merchandising and sales support through Casual Mode, Leader Price and Bébé N Kids. I bring patience, organisation, professional communication and a willingness to learn.
