I'm looking for operations, development, executive support, programme operations, grants management, or organisational effectiveness opportunities where I can help mission-driven organisations deliver greater impact through strong operational execution.

At Mfesane NPC, I've spent fourteen years turning executive priorities into grant proposals, donor reports, budgets, contracts, operational plans, and stakeholder communications.

I support organisational sustainability through grant administration, donor stewardship, financial monitoring, Salesforce CRM administration, IT operations, property portfolio administration, and workflow improvement. I use Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and AI tools to improve research, drafting, reporting, document preparation, and operational efficiency.

Earlier, I co-owned an outdoor digital marketing business, ran a distribution business, and worked as a Risk Analyst at First National Bank. I enjoy bringing structure to complexity and helping mission-driven organisations deliver greater impact.
