I’m an Operations & Financial Analyst who finds where time and money leak—and closes the gap. I’ve built reporting systems from scratch, recovered revenue no one knew was missing, and turned operational chaos into clear, decision-ready financial visibility across hospitality and e-commerce.

In my current role as an OPS Controller & HR Manager, I oversee finance, HR, and admin for a 90-employee operation, directly partnering with leadership to improve payroll accuracy, strengthen SOPs, and run remote operations smoothly. I recovered $25K in unbilled revenue from block contracts past the 150-day window and cleared 120+ days of AR backlog in 3 months through disciplined reconciliation, audits, and vendor cleanup.
