I've led financial, operational, and technology initiatives through my independent consulting practice, improving reporting accuracy, compliance, workflows, and service delivery for clients.

At NCI Building Systems, I managed forecasting and financial analysis across a nine-brand portfolio, creating automated models and reporting tools that gave Presidents and Controllers faster visibility into revenue and performance.

I've also supported complex financial analysis at Postlethwaite & Netterville for the Deepwater Horizon Economic Class Settlement, exceeding monthly production goals by 33% while maintaining accuracy and quality.
