What I'm looking for
I am a clinical psychologist with training in evidence-based assessment and psychotherapy, working with adults and adolescents across mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, anxiety, and interpersonal difficulties. My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and culturally responsive, integrating modalities such as cognitive-behavioural therapy, trauma-informed care, and psychodynamic principles as clinically indicated. I prioritise creating a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel understood, while supporting them to develop insight, practical coping skills, and sustainable change aligned with their values and life context.
