I am an experienced retail and store manager with a long track record overseeing busy retail and truck stop operations. I handle scheduling, ordering, financials, shrink control, customer relations, and cleanliness to keep locations running smoothly.

At Circle K I managed all aspects of a high-traffic truck stop, including scheduling, ordering, financial management, loss prevention, and warehouse duties. Prior to that I served as a warehouse manager at Pottery Barn where I documented invoices, tagged and priced merchandise, and maintained organized stockrooms.

My strengths include store management, merchandising, payroll, recruiting, forecasting, purchasing, and leading teams to meet sales and operational goals. I bring hands-on experience in planograms, profit & loss oversight, and retail sales processes.

I work well in fast-paced retail environments, prioritize loss prevention and customer service, and use tools such as Microsoft Excel to support operations and reporting. I am authorized to work in the US for any employer and seek a role where I can apply my leadership and retail operations expertise.
