At Gear Games, I lead QA activities for web, mobile, and backend products, from test planning and execution through defect management and release quality.
I test transaction-driven workflows, including payment, purchase, and redemption features with Paysafe integration. I also perform REST API testing with Postman and validate backend data using SQL and Cosmos DB.
When production or integration issues arise, I correlate Splunk logs, Grafana monitoring data, API responses, and database records to investigate root causes. I also validate BI events and data-pipeline outputs.
Previously, I supported QA planning and release validation as Assistant QA Manager at Gear Inc., after performing hands-on testing there as a QA Engineer. My projects include QA Sentinel, a monitoring solution for business and system health signals, and Data QA Lab, a platform for practicing data validation and ETL testing.
