I’m looking to grow within a mission-driven team where my psychology-informed leadership and curriculum work can strengthen people and programs—through consulting, speaking, and impactful learning design that builds high expectations and measurable results.

I lead E3 Global, LLC as a Founder & Owner, providing educational consulting, leadership development, speaking engagements, and curriculum development grounded in psychology, organizational leadership, and human development.

Previously, I served as an Eighth Grade Communications Teacher at KIPP Vision Academy, delivering standards-aligned instruction in communications, journalism, and media literacy while building a high-expectation classroom culture. I designed rigorous lesson plans, created project-based learning that strengthened writing and public speaking, differentiated instruction for diverse learners, and maintained strong classroom management rooted in relational trust.
