At Qemetica Group, I lead Procurement Excellence across 9 Business Units and 8 BU CPOs, providing governance and capability leadership for a 65-person procurement organization managing PLN 6bn in spend. I led the move from centralized procurement to a Business Unit-empowered operating model while preserving group-wide standards, transparency, and cross-BU synergies.

I build procurement organizations that move beyond operational purchasing into strategic category management, supplier relationship management, digitalization, and measurable cost and cash-flow impact. Across Qemetica, Flokk, Profim, Geberit, and Sanitec, I’ve led global sourcing, negotiations, supplier performance, P2P integration, ERP/SAP migration, and post-M&A procurement integration.

I’m equally committed to developing people and the wider procurement profession. I created Qemetica’s Procurement Academy aligned with ProcurCompEU, piloted an internal mentoring program, mentor emerging procurement talent, and contribute as a PSML Board Member and industry speaker.
