I’m an Operations & Project Administration Manager with 5+ years’ experience leading telecom and civil infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on procurement, vendor negotiation, budget management, and stakeholder engagement. I bring hands-on operations oversight and project coordination to keep deliveries aligned to safety, quality, and timelines.

I’ve coordinated large-scale fibre deployments and construction workstreams—from supervising a 64 km fibre infrastructure project to directing planning and execution of multiple fibre deployments across Lagos State. In remote and onsite roles, I manage reporting, invoicing/payment processes, and daily operational updates while ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards.
