I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my leadership skills and experience in security, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

I am a dedicated corrections supervisor with over a decade of experience in law enforcement and security. My journey began at Defiance College, where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Since then, I have honed my skills in various roles, including my current position as a Lead Security Officer and Supervisor, where I oversee operations and ensure the safety of both staff and inmates.

Throughout my career, I have been involved with the Special Response Team since 2013, where I have developed expertise in firearms training, self-defense, and leadership. My certifications, including CPR/First Aid and Taser instructor, reflect my commitment to maintaining high safety standards. I take pride in mentoring new recruits and leading training sessions to enhance our team's capabilities.
