What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can coordinate schedules, communicate clearly with teams and customers, and keep operations efficient—using my systems knowledge, customer service focus, and calm problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

I’m an ambitious, self-motivated professional who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly under fast-paced, high-pressure conditions. I’ve built a reputation for working collaboratively, staying calm when things change, and communicating clearly with both customers and field teams.

Since October 2025, I’ve worked as a Scheduling Coordinator for M Group Energy (Metering) Limited—preparing work for engineers, updating job details on their tablets, and managing appointment changes. I respond to emails and phone calls about delays and rescheduling, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure jobs are closed down to prevent backlogs.

I manage a large team of engineers via MS Teams, track queries in a timely manner, and maintain regular contact with field managers. I rely on IT systems such as IFS and Excel to allocate work efficiently across different UK locations and postcodes, while logging issues and feeding back solutions to my line manager.

My background also strengthens my service mindset: I’ve worked across hospitality and kitchen roles, delivering consistent standards of cleanliness, preparation, and customer satisfaction, and I’ve done event and nightclub promotion work using planning, targets, and social media. I bring strong time management, reliable work ethic, and a willingness to learn quickly into every environment.
