Iām building a B2B sports medicine ordering portal to replace phone and email ordering for surgical case scheduling, and designed its integrations with SAP and Microsoft Fabric SQL.
Earlier at Bobcares, I managed infrastructure and technical platforms for enterprise hosting and datacenter customers. I built an incident escalation framework that reduced critical resolution time by 35%, and co-built a Linux web hosting control panel in C++.
