At LEONI Wiring Systems, I worked across automotive manufacturing, continuous improvement, and project launches. I implemented a U-shaped, one-piece-flow cell, led the transfer and ramp-up of semi-finished production from Moldova to the Bistrița plant, and took responsibility for series production of the latest of four new automotive projects.
