What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a data-focused role where I can analyse financial and operational data, build actionable reporting and forecasting insights, improve processes, and support business strategy, risk management, customer retention, and revenue growth.

I've managed financial and operational performance for residential properties at Market Day (Pty) Ltd, supporting 50+ tenants while monitoring revenue, rental collections, budgets, compliance, and service delivery.

I produced monthly financial performance reports, analysed tenant payment behaviour and revenue trends, and managed annual property budgets exceeding P300,000. Through vendor negotiations and financial monitoring, I improved cost efficiency and supported income stability.
