At AirAsia, I coordinated technology projects across aviation automation, infrastructure, and digital platforms. My work covered requirements, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
I coordinated the enterprise e-invoice system replacement for 31 entities with IRBM and a cross-functional team of 18. The project achieved MYR 1.5M in annual cost savings.
I also supported AirAsia’s GE Aerospace Fuel Insight Module implementation, which achieved USD 38M in operational cost savings. For the passenger security and risk mitigation work, I delivered a fuzzy logic-based screening tool and engineered distributed database architectures.
My other projects included aviation system upgrades, a hangar infrastructure setup, and a portal redesign for the Ministry of Transport. I also coordinated automation initiatives that reclaimed 5,500 labour hours and achieved MYR 160k in cost savings.
