I developed an end-to-end customer churn classification application, from data cleaning and feature engineering to model evaluation. I compared classification algorithms and exposed predictions through a Python API.
For my RAG Document Assistant project, I built document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and vector similarity search, with an LLM generating answers grounded in retrieved context. I also created a Streamlit interface and documented the architecture and limitations on GitHub.
In my current Manual QA Engineer & Software Developer role, I test web applications across modules and business workflows. I designed and executed more than 100 test cases across four modules, and reproduce, document, track, and validate defects with developers.
I’ve also worked on Laravel and MySQL workflows, including a GoldSmithManagementSystem application for gold orders, inventory records, and billing. My background includes functional, regression, and end-to-end testing, along with API and data validation using Postman and SQL/MySQL.
