Over nine years in game development, I’ve led multi-title delivery across live service portfolios and studio operations at scale (150+ org structures; 5-8 titles concurrently). I specialize in the "operating system" of game development - ensuring that creative vision is supported by disciplined roadmaps, zero-based budgeting, and healthy team dynamics.
