I’m an IT Specialist and software developer focused on building and maintaining web applications with React JS and modern JavaScript (ES6+). In my current role as an IT Specialist (Software Developer) at PKF VGA East Rand (remote), I gather and analyze system requirements, manage projects with Trello, and perform testing, debugging, and optimization to keep solutions dependable and user-ready.
Previously, as an IT Support Technician in Zimbabwe, I managed MySQL databases (backup, recovery, and security), supported ERP systems (LADS, Promun), and delivered help desk support and user training. I combine systems administration, troubleshooting, cybersecurity awareness, and clear technical documentation to bridge the gap between business needs and practical, secure technology.
