I define technology strategy and engineering roadmaps to improve platform scalability, resiliency, and operational efficiency. I partner with cloud platform engineering, SRE teams, and business stakeholders to build secure, observable AI-enabled platforms.
Across financial services, manufacturing, automotive, and travel, I’ve led global engineering organizations and enterprise transformation. My work has included integrating 10 global technology organizations and delivering more than $10 million in business synergies.
I’ve delivered more than $14M in operational savings through technology consolidation, process optimization, automation, and technical debt reduction. I’ve also managed technology investment portfolios exceeding $20 million and led organizations of 150+ technologists and managers.
