I am a dedicated and passionate behavioral technician currently working at ACES in Austin, Texas. My role involves implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. I take pride in collecting and recording accurate data on client progress, which assists in developing effective behavior modification strategies. Building strong rapport with clients is essential to me, as it creates a positive and conducive atmosphere for therapy.
In addition to my work at ACES, I have gained valuable experience as an administrative assistant at The Hottest Pot Inc., where I managed customer interactions and supported HR-related duties.
