Validation Architect and Software Quality Engineer driving faster, higher-quality product delivery.
What I'm looking for
I’m a proven Validation Architect and Software Quality Engineer with a passion for developing highly effective cross-team collaborations, product quality, and customer success. I take an engaged, hands-on approach to reducing time to market while decreasing costs and improving quality.
In my recent role as a Sr. Platform Software Quality Engineer, Customer Success, and Technical Program Manager at Intel, I led quality transformation by working hand in hand with executive leadership, engineering teams, and customers in a highly dynamic environment. I managed 45+ SW & FW ingredient teams, delivering high-quality solutions across pre-silicon (simulation/emulation FPGA) through Production for 7+ generations of client platforms.
I’m known for quickly analyzing dynamic, complex problems—removing ambiguity and ensuring salient information is conveyed to key stakeholders in timely, consumable formats. I’ve architected and standardized data qualification and quality expectations, led tiger teams for rapid root cause and corrective/preventative actions, and driven organization-wide initiatives such as code coverage adoption with dashboards for visibility.
Before that, I served as a Validation Architect and Organizational Process Engineer, strengthening validation processes, tool workflows, and lab strategies. I built high-density lab models, reduced setup/configuration time, improved test effectiveness, and used metrics and root-cause analysis (including 800+ escaped bugs) to drive measurable reductions in escapes to market.

Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Led software quality and technical program efforts across 45+ SW/FW ingredient teams, delivering pre-silicon (FPGA simulation/emulation) through production for 7+ client platform generations with high-quality milestone execution. Architected and standardized client segment data qualification and quality expectations, drove code coverage adoption with dashboards, and resolved recurring gating trace
Drove validation process and tool workflow improvements to reduce time to market, increase quality, improve customer satisfaction, and align global validation teams. Transitioned legacy test case management to an integrated system of record and created processes to connect test management with requirements traceability, reducing overhead by 85%+ and ensuring SDLC compliance.
Led global validation teams for Ethernet products and technologies, shaping architectures for testability and feasibility while acting as a debugging expert and escalation point. Implemented a high-density lab strategy model avoiding $15M+ in lab build costs, improving tester setup time by up to 30% and increasing validation capacity by over 800%, while reducing escapes to market by 80% through en
