I’m a senior manufacturing engineer and analytical problem-solver with over eight years of experience optimizing production processes through data governance and systems administration. My core strength is managing manufacturing master data—especially Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings—inside enterprise environments like SAP and Oracle. I focus on accuracy and integrity of part information, so launches run smoothly and production stays reliable.

I also drive process change through automation and tools. I’ve revamped change management with an AppSheet-based tracker to reduce complexity and improve traceability, and I’ve built Excel/VBA picklist macros to streamline part flow to the assembly line.

Across roles, I use lean manufacturing methods and root cause analyses to improve quality and costs. From time studies and labor rate analysis to monitoring defect rates in powder paint processes, I consistently identify what’s happening, why it’s happening, and how to make improvements that stick.
