I've supported Meru Central Dairy Cooperative Union projects from planning through construction, equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and operational transition. I now support operations planning at Meru Maziwa Millers, coordinating schedules, resources, workflows, reporting, and performance information for a newly commissioned feed mill.

At Mount Kenya Milk, I contributed to capital and infrastructure initiatives including a 1000 kW solar PV installation, water intake upgrade, and feed mill facility. I also supported the rollout and administration of a digital Maintenance Management System, replacing paper-based maintenance reporting with structured digital workflows, traceability, work orders, and performance tracking.

My background also includes ESG project support at Metro-Concepts East Africa and urban planning and GIS work with the Ministry of Lands in Isiolo County. I bring project coordination, data analysis, GIS, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement into practical delivery and operations planning.
