I’m a results-driven banking professional now building my craft as a UI/UX Designer (Trainee), bringing a strong customer-service mindset to every user experience. I use user-centered design principles to create interfaces and prototypes that are clear, practical, and ready for iterative improvement.
In my banking sales and service roles, I consistently achieved and exceeded assigned sales targets while delivering quality financial services. I managed client relationship responsibilities with careful account documentation and record keeping, and I used product-specific feedback from complaints to improve service outcomes and market intelligence.
I’ve also developed strong communication and negotiation skills through customer service and debt recovery work, including engaging delinquent customers to negotiate repayment plans and maintaining accurate recovery records.
