I am a dedicated customer service professional with over five years of experience in resolving customer issues and understanding their needs. My journey has recently taken a new direction as I have acquired skills in UX/UI design through online courses and boot camps. I am proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, and I am passionate about creating intuitive designs that delight users.
