What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex automotive programs and OEM launches where I can improve delivery, cost control, risk management, supplier readiness, and customer outcomes.

I've led automotive programs at TI Automotive across the US, Germany, and Turkey, delivering APQP-driven launches from RFQ through SOP with 100% on-time PPAP approvals and milestone adherence.

I manage multi-million-euro CAPEX, tooling, and BOM budgets while coordinating engineering, quality, manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, and suppliers. As an OEM customer interface, I stabilize high-pressure launches, manage ECN/ECR changes, mitigate supplier and timing risks, and protect program margins.

Earlier, I managed an €80M OEM portfolio, improved RFQ strategy and forecast accuracy, and built my quality foundation through supplier development, audits, root-cause analysis, and IATF 16949 compliance.
